Just a comment about e-rewards market research. As a customer of Sainsbury's with a nectar card I signed on to the e-reward market research site and for about the last 3 months I have been filling in numerous surveys, amounting to quite a number of hours work. When I reached 1000 e-rewards I attempted to have these changed into nectar points - and then found there was no way to do this as I don't use a phone.
Admittedly this will affect few people. But just to let you know, if you don't use a phone you cannot exchange your e-rewards into nectar points, so - don't waste your time.
